So my package was lost in the mail and as much as that’s on Canada post, their process in making sure it did indeed get lost and not me just saying that was excruciatingly slow. Took about a month when all was said and done but once they did confirm that it had been lost, even tho it was in Canada posts end they shipped out what I had ordered originally and it got here in just a couple of days so my overall experience turned out to be a good one and the product was absolutely satisfactory especially for the price. This Ket is very incredible, very clean high, almost spiritual and almost without any side effects (like painful nose & sinus, too strong dizziness, or unable to to something of your day several hours later).

I can tell you that they have good customer service if you are patient. They honor their orders which is nice. The product is great which is also nice. However they are the absolute slowest with shipping. I don’t know if that’s just me. But it took 1 month and 1 reship to get my stuff. Nothing but positive reviews about it though. Make your order well ahead of any outings and you will be happy.

In awe , myself have ptsd and my wife has multiple sclerosis. We use this tool along side deep in the dark meditation and some healing frequencies in our headphones . It has boosted our moral and actually tip toed us out of our depressions . I might add that this ketamine has to be the cleanest I’ve seen since the old days ( used to buy (ketalean) bottles on the low . I wanted to keep my review until I had been using the company long enough to speak from experience. This review comes from half a year as a customer.
I’ll start with the product: always EXACLY as described. I’ve never had a mistake in quantity or quality.
The delivery has often ( but not always ) been fast. I’d say 80% of my deliveries were fast and reliable. There has been issues at times though. Some “glitch’s” have sometime put me on hold for my delivery for an extend amount of time. But my confidence was never brought down because of the costumer service!
I’ve done business with a few sites like this one and, without a doubt, this is where you will find the best costumer support and followthrough. They personally respond to everyone and have replaced lost parcels for me in the past. I’ve never lost money and I don’t have to worry about the quality anymore. Good k, first order April, take 5week days, 2nd order half april, it took 5week days, and the third order in august 4 received 13 august so 8week days, quality is ok like crystal lookalike, weight is ok too, maybe im in a paranoïd pass but i think my new batch is a bit powdered and taste a bit different quebec mtl
